You can buy it as a notepad with 30 tear-off sheets that I will mail to your home, or you can get it as a pdf download to print yourself. 

What You Get

For the printable pdf: You'll get a print-ready pdf file It is designed to print best onto 8.5 x 11 letter-sized paper in landscape. Your printer may not print to the edge of the paper as shown in the photos.  If you purchase the download pdf version it is a product that you download onto your computer then print at your home yourself. I won't mail the pages to you.

For the PRINTED notepad: If you buy the PRINTED notepad, I'll mail you the notepad with 30 sheets of this design. The back of the pages is plain white, which is very handy so you have extra space for additional notes. It is 8.5 inches high by 11 inches wide. The paper is a very nice 50 lb weight paper. The notepad has a chipboard backing like a typical notepad does. The sheets are all attached along the top long side with typical notepad glue so they tear off easily. If you use one per week, this will last you for 30 weeks!
