Log in to your account to manage your subscriptions, access your downloads, update your mailing address and more.

If it doesn't recognize your email, click on "sign up." It just means you have a subscription, but not an actual account yet. Click on "sign up" and go forward with the same email as the one with which you purchased your subscription.
