About the Torah Portions Reading Plan

Many whole-Bible believers read through the Torah every year with the Torah portions schedule. This plan keeps us grounded in the foundation of our faith—the Torah—and keeps us deeply connected to our Jewish brethren. It's also important to read the entire Bible, so I encourage you to download the digital PDF, which includes a whole-Bible reading plan.

This plan also features New Testament writings. As followers of Yeshua, we know that He is the root of our salvation and our faith, and as He said, Moses wrote about Him. This plan will keep you firmly planted on the Rock of your Salvation.

The Torah portion reading schedule is the same as the Jewish/Hillel reading schedule, so you'll read the same portion as our Jewish brothers and sisters each week. The Haftarah and New Testament readings are from the Complete Jewish Bible as published in 1998. This plan has been around for a long time! You'll enjoy that there are multiple New Testament readings for most days and some days you'll read several passages from the New Testament.

The Feast Day readings are separate on the printable, so you can read them according to whatever calendar you observe! This was designed with the whole-Bible believer in mind.
